Introduction

Ok, so I love bread.  Good bread, others need not apply.  I'm talking about somebody got up at 3AM, worked it by hand, is ok with making a margin of $.03 on it because it's LOVE, BABY bread. It's a perfect blog name because it is one of the things I love, I really want to learn how to make it really well one day, and I have neither the time to make it well nor enjoy it well at the moment (you will see why).  Bread is just basic.

My other loves: cooking, fiber (not the edible kind), being snarky, learning, and cars.  Betcha ya didn't know that last one, eh?
