Yo Hatta-Hatta

Here's wishing our little friend Lo a happy birthday.  We celebrated her Yo Gabba-Gabba themed soiree on Sunday and had a super fun dancey-dance time with all of our friends.  The b-day girl is a big fan of the show and her mom put on a great party with lots of fun thematic elements.  Here is the hat that I made for the newly 2 y.o. Lotus:


And, if you are not a fan of the show, here is the inspiration behind her hat.  This is Foofa!

The hat was made sans pattern, so I pretty much blended the elements of two other hat patterns together.  It works pretty well, I think.  If I get really crazy, I will write up the pattern so other people can make it, too.  I'm pretty proud of the result, I just hope she likes it!
